Volunteer at Earthbound Farm, Cornwall – 2026
At Earthbound Farm, we welcome up to 6 volunteers at a time from April through September to help us bring our regenerative land and community space to life.
This is a hands-on, heart-led opportunity to support tending to the land, developing community events and retreats, to learn behind the scenes, and spend time on a regenerative farm in a beautiful, rural setting.
The Earthbound Volunteer Program is a seasonal opportunity to live, learn, and co-create with others on the land.

Regenerative Farm Volunteer Program
This program is designed to:
- Offer meaningful, hands-on experiences in land-based living
- Nurture community, learning, and shared responsibility
- Welcome aligned individuals with a love of nature, self-growth, and creative contribution
We welcome: skills in permaculture, market gardening, cooking, food preservation, building, creativity or simply a bursting enthusiasm to learn and contribute
Community volunteer days: shorter seasonal opportunities, including big tree-planting and farm projects run throughout the winter and other seasons (stay up to date on socials).
Minimum stay: 1 month (Spring 2026 onwards)
Hours: 20–25 per week
Arrival: Sunday afternoons
Departure: Friday afternoons
How to apply: through WWOOF or directly via our website - we’ll send you an application form.

Accommodation & Facilities
Volunteers stay in a caravan (priority for couples), campsite, or livable van, with space for up to six people. Enjoy shared meals from our farm-grown produce, cook independently if you wish, and relax in the wood-fired sauna when it’s free. Join weekly movement classes, workshops, and community events, and fully immerse yourself in life on the farm.

Whats involved
Volunteers help with:
- Permaculture and tending the land
- Light builds - from light infrastructure to land upkeep
- Flower growing and garden care
- Nurturing our event space and preparing for community focused retreats
- Occasional support for creative workshops and wellbeing activities
We also offer a small number of bursary places for volunteers who can share a skill or gift during their stay. We have a beautiful space and growing community who’d relish the chance to experience gifts. Think painters, musicians, florists, basket weavers, storytellers, or any creative person who can offer an aligned workshop to our guests.
Life at Earthbound
Earthbound is a place to connect with nature, learn about sustainable farming, and experience life on a working regenerative farm. Explore Cornwall’s countryside, wild swim in the Fowey River, and rest in a supportive, solution-focused community. We live by shared values—respecting all beings, co-creating, and honouring rest, care, and gratitude.
Earthbound is a beautiful place to come, get stuck in, and be part of something meaningful.

We work and live by shared values: respecting all beings, communicating openly, and showing up fully for ourselves, each other, and the land. We practise consent, care for shared spaces, and honour rest as an essential part of the work. We stay solution-focused, celebrate one another, and leave no trace but love. Most of all, we co-create—sharing our gifts, learning together, and filling the journey with gratitude and joy.
