We grow seasonal, nutrient-dense vegetables using no-dig, chemical-free methods that support soil health and biodiversity. Our produce is available through:
- Local sales (farm gate, restaurant supply, and markets)
- Community swaps and seasonal boxes (coming soon)

Our animals: Holistic husbandry in a circular system.
We are building truly innovative animal systems that boost nature rather than depleting it. In our holistic approach, animals are integrated into natural, regenerative cycles - not isolated from them, promoting biodiversity and healthy soils on the farm.
We also work with animals to recycle local agricultural and food processing waste products into delicious, nutritious, healthy eggs and meat, representing a circular economy vital for a sustainable future.
Our central focus is currently on:
- Dual-purpose chickens - producing both eggs and meat, managing weeds, promoting soil health and diversity and integrating into our agroforestry.
- Black soldier fly larvae - these amazing little animals eat waste and turn it into high-protein chicken feed and rich compost.
A greater diversity of animals will soon join the chickens. Raised by animal welfare scientist Lizzie, high animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do - you can be assured that all our animals are raised with love and the utmost care.

We welcome volunteers, WWOOFers, and curious learners to join us in seasonal work exchanges on the farm. Tasks may include:
- Planting, harvesting, composting
- Natural building
- Animal care and land maintenance
- Food prep and preservation
